She received the Flowers on the 07/11/2018, but I think it was the problem of the hotel. Thanx, well done... ---- Florist Response: Why didn't we earn a 5 star review? We delivered the flowers on the day you requested of 11-6-18 at 3:00 PM. The flowers were left with the front desk concierge who received them upon verifying the guest name. We are not allowed to take them the guest rooms. So all flowers are always given to the front desk concierge and they are the ones who take them to the room.
